Trisha Goddard

Trisha Goddard is a British television presenter best known for her Bafta winning UK morning talk show ‘Trisha’.

Goddard’s early career as an air stewardess led to travel writing for magazines and then, after settling in Australia in the mid 1980s, a new career in television.

In 2008, it was revealed that Goddard had breast cancer. She continued to front and produce her TV show whilst undergoing treatment for chemotherapy.

Trisha has publicly commented before on her own battle with depression and this video is a frank interview where she talks about ‘getting up from down’ and how she overcame a being hospitalised for a nervous breakdown as a single mother to go on and achieve her dream of becoming a successful broadcaster.

Trisha is also a patron of several charities including Norwich Mind and Norwich Homestart.

    again a really useful interview and the bank we are building up provides different angles for different customers / projects. i wonder whether they might be worth framing within the virtual world spaces we are working on so that they can be accessed through there as well?
