Kaye Rideout has a wealth of experience in the welfare to work and enterprise sectors. Having worked in the industry for 11 years, and for Avanta since September 2009, Kaye holds a key position as Avanta’s Regional Director in the North with responsibility for leading on all employability/welfare to work contracts. Kaye is a firm believer in ensuring Avanta services make a difference to people’s lives and that as an organisation, Avanta helps individuals to find employment, set up and run their own business and also, once employed, develop the skills they need to move up the career ladder.
