Ian has been working in the business of getting unemployed people back into work for the last 26 years across a wide range of client groups aged from 16 to 65 and from all walks of life, Ian started out at the sharp end as a “Monitoring Officer” visiting trainees in their workplace to the present day as Head of Operations South for Life Skills Central Ltd, Ian’s vision for the industry is a joined up approach to moving unemployed people back into sustainable employment.
