A4e Asks the Customers
Supporting people back into employment, ensuring everything we do results in improving someone’s life and working together to overcome barriers to people leading successful fulfilling lives. This is what is at the heart of A4e’s work but don’t just take our word for it.
Lots of our customers are happy to share the positive experiences they have had in coming to A4e. From help retraining for a new career, to becoming self employed or simply having the necessary support to build confidence and key skills we continually ask our customers how their journey with A4e has been and is there ever anything we can do to improve.

A Customers Journey
We met up with a group of customers from A4e in Cardiff in a camper van in the Bay no less. They chatted to us about their Journey with A4e and what it had meant for them personally. Watch “A Customers Journey“.
Anna Raynor’s Story
Anna came to A4e in Leeds after looking for the right support to help her establish her own holistic treatment business. we went to ask her more about her business Ray of Light. Watch Anna’s video.

Marjorie’s Story
Marjory came to A4e having suffered for many years with health related problems. Hear she shares her story about returning back to work as a self employed bookkeeper. Watch Marjorie’s video.
Valerie’s Story
We met Valerie at the Vox Centre in Brixton who had come to complete the Health and Beauty course on offer. She talks about how this has inspired her to take a career in Health and Beauty further. Watch Valarie’s video.

Andrew’s Story

Gillian Smith’s Story
Gillian Smith decided to leave work after illness meant she couldn’t perform at her own high standards. With the support of her husband and sister and A4e ofcourse she set up her own business decorating cakes. Watch Gillian’s video.
Ian Tidswell’s Story
Ian Tidswell had been in construction since he was 16 and had found it to be unstable with work rising and falling depending on the industry. He came to A4e hoping to find sustainable work, here’s how we heleped him. Watch Ian’ video.
