Allie Walker - International HR
Allie Walker

After graduating from university, Allie spent four years working in PR and marketing before moving into recruiting, executive search and then ultimately generalist HR. She was the Head of HR for Europe, Middle East and Africa for six years for a start up IT organisation, creating the International HR function from scratch and covering Romania, Israel, Sweden, France, Germany, Spain and Italy . Immediately prior to joining A4e, Allie spent five years as the HR Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa for a portal and content management company, adding Australia and the Netherlands to her geographical remit, and focusing on driving the business through a significant change programme. Allie lives in Scotland with her husband and two young children.
Dave Swales - International Finance

A Sheffielder born and bred, he went away to University in Manchester to University eventually returned home 9 years later. Graduating in Economics, a career in Finance was inevitable and he worked for Cussons on their graduate finance programme where he also completed his professional accounting qualifications. Dave then went to work for Georgia Pacific in the paper disposables industry. It was here that his role became an international one for the first time where he was financial controller for Northern Europe. Dave came to work for A4e in 2008 following a period of rapid expansion by the company. In the 3 years since, he was part of the team which implemented FND in the UK, the biggest contract ever let by DWP and the role was expanded to include Europe at this time. Subsequently, the role has been extended further to include our global business as well as the emerging markets division in the UK. Dave is married with two young daughters.
Roy Newey - International Development Director

Following the sale of his restaurant business, Roy moved into a role with Merseyside TEC as Operations Director and Deputy Chief Executive. In this role he led the TEC for seven years delivering £65m of annual government budgets including strategy and turning around a failing Business Link. Since joining A4e in 2000 Roy has played a significant role in developing A4e's approach to delivering business support services under the Business Link brand and is now leading A4e's international development.

Shula Kentwell - CEO A4e Australia
Shula Kentwell
CEO A4e Australia
Shula has spent most of her professional life working in the employment services sector, developing strategies to help unemployed and marginalized people back into sustainable employment. Her career began in the Australian Public Service, spending many years with the Commonwealth Employment Service prior to the establishment of the Job Network. Shula has been involved in the Job Network since its inception, and set up multiple branches with Employment National and The Wesley Mission. She was promoted to State Manager of Wesley Uniting Employment responsible for numerous government programs, before joining A4e in 2008.
Maximilien Dorostian - European Operations Director
Maximilien Dorostian
European Operations Director
Maximilien has extensive experience in front line operations and subcontracting management across a number of sectors including: public service markets, contact centres and financial services. Previous employers in Europe & United States include Group Lyonnaise des eaux and Group Suez where he was responsible for Europe and Africa accounts with a combined annual turnover of £70m managing over 450 staff. Maximilien joined A4e in March 2007 as the France Operations Director, and now steers European Operations across France, Germany and Poland.
