4Governments

Governments across the world face increasingly complex, interlinked, entrenched challenges: multi-generational unemployment; youth unemployment; reskilling the workforce; ageing; chronic and behavioural health issues; pockets of persistent deprivation; gang crime; repeat offending and substance misuse. And yet the rise in social spending of the last decade cannot continue. Front-line public services must deliver more for less.

At A4e, we work with governments to square this circle.  A4e takes on these sorts of entrenched, complex challenges and gives governments fresh options. We are at the forefront of developing new design and funding techniques, like personal budgeting, payment by results, outcome commissioning, pooled budgeting and co-production. We draw on our twenty years of experience at the frontline, in the UK and beyond, to deliver more for less.

You can find out more about our approach here. For more on A4e’s work with governments check out our Executive Chairman, Mark Lovell’s blog.
