Skills Support For Redundancy
The contract aims to provide much needed support to those individuals facing redundancies and to those businesses who are forced to take such difficult decisions. We provide tailormade training solutions to suit the business interests and to reflect the aspirations of those made redundant through one to one assessments. A4E deliver both accredited and non accredited training together with employability and enterprise training to enable our clients to face the labour market with renewed confidence. This service is holistic and can be delivered flexibly either in A4e offices or on employers’ premises by prior arrangement.
We work closely with external Partners who will add their own provision to enhance the customer journey. Our dedicated local team of Employment Advisors will work closely with each Candidate to identify likely employment targets and our National Employer Engagement team will also be scoping out local vacancies with larger national organisations. Since this programme is funded by the Skills Funding Agency,there is no cost involved to you as a business or to your employees.

Eligibility
18 or over who are in receipt of a letter from their employer stating that they are under consultation for or under notice of redundancy, or a letter or email from their employer stating that they are under notification that they are likely to lose their job due to likely downsizing or closure.
