Learning and Skills is the direct delivery arm of A4e. Our focus is to support large employers with vocational learning in the workplace.
We develop and deliver solutions for a variety of companies including those businesses that have signed the Government’s pledge to improve the skills of their workforce.
We can access funding to support your budget through our contracts with Government such as:
- Apprenticeships
- European Social Funds (ESF)
This means real support to help you develop your workforce through:
- accredited qualifications
- bite-sized and bespoke programmes to bridge skills gaps
- developing newly appointed staff
- professionalisation of your workforce backed by funding where appropriate.
