Launch of a new Children's series by A4e's South West Media Coordinator Kevin Kelway. This article appeared in the Plymouth Herald last weekend. PENGUINS have taken up residence in Plymouth Sound. The birds hitched a ride from the South Atlantic aboard a Devonport warship after they were rescued from an iceberg by Royal Marines. Author Kevin Kelway has created the Rockhoppas based on stories he invented as a boy growing up in the Barbican.
