Queens House - Home from Home

Slippers at work? Surely not!

Well, you never know! A few months ago during one of her office visits, Emma hit upon the idea that staff tend to make their desks like mini homes or nests and so the theme for Queens House was born – ‘Home from Home!’

Emma has asked for everyone, staff and customers alike, to get involved in the look and the feel of our new headquarters. Lots of ideas were considered to make sure that our new home really does epitomise what we are all about but nothing seemed right. It would be so wrong for A4e to end up in something that was flashy, contrived or without soul.

So, with the help of an award winning interior designer, Matt Rawlinson, we are creating our own Home from Home in Queen’s House; Imaginative use of space, recycled furniture, design and artwork from local artists and customers will create a pleasant working environment for both our staff and our customers.
