While it's true to say that the programmes we offer do help to improve people's lives, it's the people themselves who need to be applauded.
The people we help all have their own barriers, problems, issues - whatever you want to call them. Some of them are pretty serious. And finding the strength to tackle them one by one, and overcome them, is really quite amazing.
