FANCY DRESS PIRATES DOING BATTLE FOR FSI CHARITY

SEVEN A4e staff from Plymouth Pathways office is taking part in a fun day regatta at Saltash in Cornwall on July 5th. The A4e team will be dressing up as pirates and competing with 18 other rowing teams from across the South West to win the coveted ‘England and Back Cutter’ boat races to help raise funds for local charities.
 

 

Michael Snook, Customer Service Administration Manager for Devon & Cornwall Pathways, said: “I passionately believe that A4e should be involved in local activities and what better way than to spend a day on the River Tamar. Our A4e crew is a mixed bunch of ladies and gents and all our sponsors are donating to the Foundation for Social Improvement that supports other small charitable organisations and community groups.”

Over 10,000 people are expected to attend the Fun Day Regatta in Saltash where 18 rowing teams are expected to battle it out to be this year’s winner of the ‘England & Back Cutter’ races. 

The A4e rowing team line up includes; Michael Snook, Karl Gurney, John Golding, Paul Carruthers, Rachel Watts, Deborah Bowden, Jessica Klenczon, and in charge of the pirate wardrobe Annie Owen-North.
